Master Cylinder Adapters
These adapters allow you to bolt the late model 2-bolt
aluminum master cylinders (late 70's-up)on to muscle
era mopars with no other modifications.
This mod takes approximately 7lbs lbs of dead weight
off the front end of the car, also retains less heat
and is less likely to boil the brake fluid than the
old iron master cylinders. And aluminum doesn't rust!
There are two types available:
- 2 bolt/4 hole adapter:
This is for use on manual brake cars with 4 studs in
the firewall, or power brake cars that came with the
early style 4 bolt brake booster. The adapter block
slips over the existing studs on the booster or
firewall.
- 2 bolt/4 bolt adapter
This is for manual brake cars that have four holes in
the firewall (i.e. any car that the master cylinder
must be unbolted from under the dash).
The mounting studs are pressed into the 4 bolt
adapters, allowing easy 1-person installation.

All throttle brackets are now available with built-in provisions for Lokar kickdown cables. Specify
automatic or manual trans when ordering.
